Job DescriptionWe are seeking a proactive, strategic, and data-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team and accelerate growth across our core books and furnishings divisions. In this role, you will direct omnichannel campaigns, oversee brand consistency, and lead our digital-first evolution by leveraging data analytics to track performance and scale our e-commerce and print strategy.
Responsibilities - Strategy Execution: Direct the implementation of comprehensive marketing plans to drive growth across print, web, and e-commerce channels.
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and coach the day-to-day operations of internal marketing staff, including hiring and performance management.
- Digital Evolution: Leverage modern marketing tools, CRMs, and web analytics to deliver, measure, and optimize campaign ROI and content architecture.
- Market Intelligence: Analyze market research, competitor behavior, and consumer trends in the library sector to deliver actionable reporting.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner closely with sales teams to build high-stakes proposals/bids and coordinate with product management to oversee successful new product launches.
Required: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a highly related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive marketing leadership experience with a proven track record in revenue growth.
- Supervisory: 1-3 years of direct team management and supervisory experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with e-commerce platforms, content management systems (CMS), CRM software, and web analytics tools (such as GA4).
Preferred: - Prior marketing experience within the B2B SaaS, publishing, or manufacturing sectors.

Job Type, Location, and Shift Details - Job Type: Full-time, Exempt.
- Location: Williamsport, PA (on-site).
- Shift Information: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional travel required for conventions and industry trade shows
Compensation - Salary: Starting at $65,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
