Description
We are looking for a Business Development Manager who can own the full revenue cycle for IFS. This is not a lead-generation role. We need someone who can build and manage relationships at the senior level, run our sales pipeline end to end, and close multi-property service agreements with commercial owners and PM firms across San Diego.
The right candidate understands the commercial real estate ecosystem, knows how to get in the door at CBRE, Colliers, and Kidder Mathews, and can walk a property portfolio and scope a maintenance program. A book of business in commercial facility services is a meaningful differentiator for this role.

Your Schedule:
  • Full Time (40hrs/Wk)
  • Mon-Fri from 8:00am to 5:00pm

Your Contribution to Intersection Facility Services:
  • Identify, pursue, and close new clients across three sales lanes: multi-property owners (5+), regional PM firms, seeking sub-out partners
  • Manage full sales cycle: Contact to signed MSA (Discover, Site Walks, Proposals)
  • Maintain your pipeline in Hubspot CRM
  • Represent IFS at industry events
  • Annual Quota: Two Year Ramp (Yr1: $750k, Yr2: $1.8M)

Your Ideal Knowledge/Experience:
  • +3yrs Sales Experience in Commercial Real Estate
  • Engaging property managers, asset managers, facilities directors, and ownership groups
  • Selling facility services, property maintenance, or commercial contracting
  • Existing relationships with PM firms or commercial property owners
  • Familiarity with industry organizations (BOMA, IREM, NAIOP)
  • Project estimating or scoping in a facilities, construction, or maintenance context
  • Understanding of California contractor licensing (B and C-10 license familiarity is a plus)

Intersection Facility Services' Contribution to You:
Base +  Uncapped Commission
  • Base = $72k + Uncapped Commission
  • Commission: 5% (w/ 2% Kicker)
  • Yr 1 OTE  = $115,000+
  • Yr 2 OTE  = $185,000+
