ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- May lead, mentor, and develop a team of professionals fostering a high-performance culture.
- Expand existing client relationships and actively acquire new business relationships.
- Implement effective business development and achieve budgeted goals for loan and deposit growth.
- Facilitate communication with clients and relevant stakeholders for an effective closing process.
- Analyze credit requests and review and verify financial statements to ensure compliance with bank policies in conjunction with credit team.
- Manage loan closing process and ensure all required documentation, approvals and collateral are verified.
- Monitor loan relationships for annual reviews and compliance.
- Cross sell bank services in a professional manner and enhance client relationships.
- Identify and manage elevated risk loans through established monitoring.
- Participate in the bank's Loan Committee discussions.
- Maintain knowledge of company policies and procedures as well as internal audit procedures, legal regulations, and requirements.
- May evaluate performance, administer touch points and deliver performance evaluations.
- Establish clear expectations and hold team members accountable to performance and behaviors aligned with our culture.
- Understand and administer compensation based on pay for performance philosophy, including merit increases and variable pay.
- Comply with all company or regulatory policies, procedures and requirements that are applicable to this position.
