Work with Purpose. Build with Pride. Get Paid Weekly.

If you're an experienced Metal Framer / Drywall Installer who takes pride in your craft, values steady work, and thrives in a high-standard environment - we want to talk to you.

We're hiring NOW for a large-scale commercial construction. This is a full-time, long-term position with consistent hours and weekly pay at $35/hr. You'll be working on a premier retail buildout with a team that respects your time, your talent, and your hustle.

Your Role Includes:
  • Installing interior metal framing for commercial walls and ceilings

  • Measuring, cutting, and installing drywall panels with precision

  • Interpreting blueprints and layout designs for accurate execution

  • Cutting openings for outlets, vents, HVAC, and other fixtures

  • Using tools such as drills, saws, levels, and lifts to complete installations

  • Installing furring channels, studs, runners, and door/window trim

  • Coordinating with other trades - electricians, finishers, project leads

  • Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized workspace

  • Setting up or dismantling scaffolding and work surfaces

  • Complying with all OSHA standards and company policies

What You Bring to the Table:
  • 3+ years of hands-on framing and drywall installation experience

  • Ability to read and work from blueprints and layout drawings

  • Strong understanding of construction methods and tools

  • Reliable, punctual, and ready to work Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights when needed

  • Professional attitude, clean communication, and a teamwork mindset

  • High school diploma or GED preferred

  • Your own basic tools and reliable transportation are highly valued

Why You'll Want to Work Here:
  • $35/hour starting wage - Paid every Friday

  • Set, stable hours Monday through Friday (7:00 AM to 3:30 PM)

  • No on-call or shift work - your schedule is locked in

  • Long-term work on a reputable, high-profile jobsite

  • A safe, well-managed, and respectful work environment

  • A strong support system from supervisors who know the trade

  • A team that moves with purpose and professionalism

  • Opportunity for advancement, cross-training, and steady growth

  • Be part of a company that values hard work and local talent
