Job description

Scalable Hypersonic C2 and Warfighter Integration SME
Work Location: Redstone Arsenal, Alabama (Huntsville)
Schedule: Full Time on site (this position does not allow for remote work)
Relocation: Negotiable
IronMountain Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Scalable Hypersonic C2 and Warfighter Integration SME in Huntsville, AL.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for supporting the operationalization of the Army's Scalable Hypersonic (SHY) Weapon System Portfolio. Integrates SHY into Army and Joint echelon command and control, mission command, and fires processes.
  • Communicates technical system capabilities to operational stakeholders to
    support the development of Concepts of Operation (CONOPS) and Techniques, Tactics, and Procedures (TTPs).
  • Assists in the development of future SHY capabilities by providing operational expertise to influence requirements and design development.
  • Supports the planning and execution of Army and Joint exercises in which SHY is a participant.
  • Prepares and presents executive briefings, products, and reports that detail operationalization of the SHY program to inform progress on command and control, mission command, and fires processes for Army Senior Leader decisions.
  • Support Program Test and Evaluation efforts.
  • Provides fires and operational support to program logistical efforts including training and document production.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use tools or controls; normal physical activity (reach with hands and arms; climb stairs); and communicate effectively with all levels of employees and leadership. The employee must occasionally lift or move office products and supplies, up to 25 pounds.

Education and General Experience:
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of Army and Joint Fires experience
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Security Clearance: Must possess an active SECRET security clearance and be able to obtain Top Secret (TS) security clearance

Preferred Experience:
  • Experience/knowledge of Fires Center of Excellence and T2COM processes and organizations
  • Experience/knowledge of Joint Command and Control Processes and Targeting
  • Experience/ knowledge operating in Joint Commands and Joint Fires Organizations to include Air Operations Centers (AOCs), Army Air and Missile Defense Commands (AAMDCs), etc.
  • Knowledge of Next Generation C2 and Fires C2 Systems and communications
  • Experience in the institutional training base as an Army or Joint instructor
  • Program Management Professional (PMP)

Clearance Requirements:
  • This position requires the candidate to already possess an active Secret Security Clearance with preference give to current TS/SCI clearance holders.
  • Per federal requirements, only U.S. citizens are eligible for this level of clearance.
  • Ability to obtain/ maintain TS/ SCI clearance
