As our Auto Body Paint Prepper - Assistant Painter, you'll enjoy performance bonuses, support earning professional certifications, full medical benefits after six months, and a 401(k) with company match after one year. What You'll Be Doing:
- Assisting painters in preparing vehicles for refinishing
- Cleaning vehicle surfaces to remove dirt, grease, and debris
- Sanding panels to ensure smooth, even surfaces
- Following prep specifications and quality standards for each vehicle
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Supporting the painting team to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion
- Working Monday through Friday between 7 AM and 4 PM
WHAT YOU BRING:
- 2+ years of automotive paint preparation experience
Having 5+ years of painting experience in a body shop or collision repair center would be a plus!
