Are you detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment? America's Auto Auction Group is growing, and our auction is seeking an experienced Title Clerk to support accurate title processing and deliver exceptional customer service.
This role is vital to ensure vehicle titles are processed correctly and efficiently while supporting dealers, institutional customers, and internal teams.

Job Duties:
  • Process vehicle title work accurately and efficiently
  • Research and resolve missing or incorrect title documentation in a timely manner
  • Complete applications to transfer title ownership
  • Review, enter, and record title information into the ASI operating system
  • Maintain accurate customer and title databases
  • Provide customer support via phone, email, mail, and in-person interactions
  • Complete assigned inventory reduction tasks and provide updates to Sales and Account Management
  • Communicate issues or discrepancies promptly to ensure timely resolution
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements
Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of state and/or national title processing experience (preferred)
  • 2-3 years of experience with title and salvage title requirements (preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Ability to work in a typical office environment
  • A strong work ethic and team mindset
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
  • Employment contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screen
