Audio Visual Billing Specialist

We are currently seeking an experienced Audio-Visual Billing Specialist. This position will support our Audio-Visual Department in Client Billing and Scheduling. Knowledge of Audio-Visual Equipment and Services is required for this position. We are seeking a highly task-oriented, accurate, and efficient candidate who can effectively problem-solve and multitask.


Responsibilities
  • Billing of Audio-Visual Invoices to clients using Flex Rental Solutions
  • Review AV billing to ensure that all charges and sales tax have been properly applied to the final invoice
  • Issue Credit Memos or Sales Adjustments
  • Create Month-End Revenue Share statements for our contracted properties
  • Communication with the AV Sales Team to ensure that all client invoices are processed in a timely and accurate manner
  • Follow up with clients on any past due invoices
  • Review daily time sheets for proper job coding and clock-in/out
  • Submit timesheets on a bi-weekly basis
  • Enter Purchase Orders for Free Lance Labor
  • Assist the accounting department with special projects and other duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • Audio Visual Billing and Equipment Knowledge required
  • A Minimum of 3+ years of Microsoft Excel Experience, including pivot tables
  • Hotel Audio Visual Experience preferred
  • Job Costing Experience
  • Oracle Experience a plus
  • High School Diploma or GED required
