OverviewAre you a CDL A driver looking for a local, stable job with great pay and benefits? Look no further! Atomic Transport is a leading bulk hauling company based out of Chattanooga, TN with a dedicated fleet of company-owned assets and W2 driver employees that specialize in waste transportation from local transfer stations to landfills. We are looking for dedicated drivers in the Greer, SC area to help fulfill our local lanes. As part of our team, you'll enjoy consistent work, competitive pay, and most importantly - being home every day.

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate a commercial vehicle from transfer stations to landfills, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
  • Navigate and position trailers on a tipper safely.
  • Unhook trailer before tipping load.
  • Complete pre- and post-trip inspections using DVIR (Driver Vehicle Inspection Report).
  • Immediately report any incidents, accidents, injuries, or property damage to Operations and Safety Managers.
  • Comply with all federal, state, and local transportation laws and company safety policies.

Schedule:
  • Monday - Friday 
  • Every Other Saturday.
  • 3-4 Runs per day.

Requirements

  • Have a minimum of 2 years of recent CDLA driving experience.
  • Have consistent employment.
  • Be able to work more than 10-hour shifts.
  • Have a clean driving record. 
  • Pass a pre-employment drug screen. 
  • Pass a pre-employment background check.
