We are actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to contribute to our growing team at S.R.T. Joints and Reflexes Therapy. In this full-time role, you will play a vital part in helping patients regain their mobility and enhance their overall quality of life. Your expertise will specifically aid in the promotion, prevention, diagnosis, treatment, intervention, and rehabilitation of individuals suffering from orthopedic conditions.

S.R.T. Joints and Reflexes Therapy is a leading orthopedic outpatient private physical therapy practice located in Petersburg, Virginia. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional patient care in a state-of-the-art rehabilitation center that spans 5,000 square feet. Our facility is designed with the latest sports medicine technology to support our mission of restoring movement and functionality to our patients. Our friendly and professional team consists of two experienced physical therapists and one physical therapy assistant (PTA), all committed to creating a welcoming and healing environment for our patients.

The work setting for this position is entirely onsite at our rehabilitation center in Petersburg. You will collaborate closely with team members to foster an atmosphere of teamwork and shared goals. Our modern facility is equipped with advanced therapeutic technologies and resources, creating an optimal setting for delivering effective treatment. • Assess and understand the objectives and requirements of patients to deliver tailored treatment plans.
• Manage a patient load of one individual per hour, ensuring focused and personalized care.
• Implement a wide range of therapeutic techniques to improve patients’ range of motion and mobility effectively.
• Administer therapies aimed at reducing the reliance on medication through non-surgical alternatives.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans that incorporate the latest evidence-based practices and techniques.
• Design individualized fitness and wellness programs that meet each patient's unique needs and goals.
• Motivate patients throughout their recovery journey, encouraging them to achieve their fullest potential while fostering a healthy lifestyle.
• Consult and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a multi-disciplinary approach to patient care.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed, and maintain thorough documentation of patient services provided.

At S.R.T. Joints and Reflexes Therapy, we primarily serve individuals with private medical insurance and have a diverse range of patients dealing with orthopedic conditions. Our client base includes those recovering from surgical procedures, sports-related injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Our therapists are dedicated to ensuring that every patient receives high-quality, individualized care and support throughout their rehabilitation journey.

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Virginia, specifically Petersburg.
• No history of board or disciplinary actions on your license.
• Proficient in manual therapy techniques and able to demonstrate effective application.
• Skilled in designing and implementing targeted exercise programs for varied patient demographics.
• Experience in utilizing Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software, particularly WebPT, for accurate documentation and tracking.

• Previous experience working specifically in orthopedic outpatient settings is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team is a plus.
• Experience with fitness and wellness program development tailored for recovery is welcomed.

The salary for this full-time position ranges from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, S.R.T.
