Job description

Blast - the person must be physically fit. They have to wear a suit that has a supply hose attached to it and they do a lot of heavy lifting - very hot.

Anodize - get parts ready to rack. Putting parts in the anodize tanks and racking the parts. (M)

Etchers - work in the wash area, preparing parts for inspection and anodize. Putting plugs in parts. (M)

Masking - blueprint reading experience is preferred, but they will train. Very critical job, lots of attention to detail. Lots of measuring. Putting tape on airplane parts before paint. Every job has to be accurate. (F)

Demasking - taking tape off of parts after paint. (F)

Facilitators - preparing paint for the painters. They have to suit up in a full body suit. Very hot work environment because of this. (M)

Shipping & Receiving - heavy lifting and lots of bending and stooping. (M)

Paint Prep - lots of sanding and racking parts. (F)

Maintenance - Welding, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, water/waste pump experience.

The role combines surface preparation, inspection, masking, and quality control, all of which support a smooth, defectfree finish.
