As a Security Officer Patrol in La Fayette, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, help to deter incidents, and support access-related needs. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors at a manufacturing and industrial location by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, promptly communicating relevant information to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, offices, loading docks, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions or security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization in accordance with site procedures, and maintain accurate security-related logs and reports.
• Observe and report potential hazards, equipment concerns, or policy violations while supporting a professional, customer-focused environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
