As a Security Officer Armed Dispatch Driving Role in Marietta, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As an Armed Dispatch Officer supporting an aerospace and defense location, you will coordinate communications, monitor activity, dispatch personnel, document incidents, and provide responsive customer service. This driving position calls for sound judgment, clear communication, and a professional presence to help deter security-related incidents. Pay Rate: $27.03 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures and supporting security-related operations at an aerospace and defense location.
• Receive, prioritize, and dispatch routine and emergency calls for service to appropriate personnel, maintaining clear communication through radio, telephone, and electronic systems.
• Monitor security-related systems, alarms, and communications; document incidents, requests, and dispatch activity in accordance with site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating notifications and support as directed by established procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, as assigned, and report unusual conditions or concerns to the appropriate personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess 3+ years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security-related experience or a college degree.
• Possess an Armed Guard Card or license.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Handcuffing Certification is preferred.
• Pepper Spray Certification is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
