Position Overview:
The primary role of the Registered Nurse Supervisor is to supervise staff, monitor patients, implement treatments, develop patient care plans, administer medications, follow up with families and provide the highest quality of care to all patients while staying in compliance with current federal, state, guidelines, and company's regulations.
Qualifications:
  • Effective communication, excellent customer service, teamwork, and organizational skills.
  • 1-3 years of Nursing Supervisor experience in a post-acute / skilled nursing facility, LTC or Hospital preferred.
  • Nursing Degree or a graduate of an approved RN Program.
  • Current active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of California.
  • This position requires the successful completion of a background check, pre-employment physical, and drug screening as part of the hiring process.
