As the Director of Product Engineering, you'll be at the forefront of shaping groundbreaking IT solutions that power our business and delight our customers. You'll lead the entire product lifecycle, champion modern engineering practices, and inspire a culture of excellence across diverse teams.   • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field.

  • 15+ Years of product development experience with at least 5-7 years in a product engineering leadership role managing product engineering teams.

  • Proven expertise in Agile delivery models and a proficiency in software development lifecycle (SDLC).

  • Agile Certified Professional (Required)

  • Certified Scrum Master (Required)

  • Certified Agile Leadership

  • Proficient in technologies/frameworks such as Azure, .Net, , DevOps, DevSecOps, API, DataOps, OpenAI, Angular, Event-Driven architecture, etc.

  • Proficient in DevOps tooling such as Jira, Aha, Confluence, SonarQube, GitHub, Test Management tools such as BrowserStack, and security scanning tools such as BurpSuite Pro, GitHub Advanced Security and NowSecure.

  • Provide strategic direction for multiple software development teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence. 

  • Drive innovation through AI: Lead initiatives to design and deliver AI-embedded products that enhance user experiences, improve operational efficiency, and create competitive differentiation.

  • Establish governance and quality frameworks for software delivery, including performance metrics, risk management, and compliance with security best practices.
