The team is responsible for providing end-to-end solutions that power the physical fulfillment of our customers' orders, including management of new site launches across the globe that directly support shipping packages to millions of Amazon.com customers. Rapid Asset Deployment (RAD) is the physical warehouse network that fulfills these orders, handling the hands-on preparation, deployment, and recovery of IT equipment at scale.

The role leads a team of Program Managers and partners daily with Process Engineering, IT Engineering, Production Planning, and Site Operations.
Key job responsibilities
- Own launch and program governance for all customers, products, and programs onboarding into RAD fulfillment, including large scale initiatives such as racking, retrofits, launches, and moves.
- Own and govern the single front door for demand intake

Define intake criteria, prioritization frameworks, and approval workflows that sequence work into a consolidated program portfolio and give leadership clear line of sight into loading and bandwidth.
- Implement and scale the tools, systems, and processes that enable efficient intake inspection, program tracking, and execution readiness.
- Track program health, dependencies, and blockers across teams and drive them to resolution.
- Own preparation, facilitation, and follow-through for business review (MBR/QBR), assembling each function's inputs into a coherent leadership narrative and driving action-item closure.
- Govern operational change end to end: intake, impact assessment, approval, communication, and sustainment into standard work.
- Maintain version-controlled SOPs and playbooks; keep critical documentation current, accessible, and audit-ready.
- Own org-level risk tracking and escalation, and coordinate audits and compliance reviews.
