About the Role
Force Building Services is seeking experienced Maintenance Electricians to support conveyor systems, automation equipment, electrical infrastructure, and industrial facilities throughout Nevada.
This position primarily supports local businesses throughout Las Vegas and surrounding areas, with occasional out-of-state travel assignments based on project needs.
We are looking for electricians who take pride in their trade, troubleshoot independently, communicate professionally, and perform at a high level in fast-paced industrial environments.
This is not an entry-level position. We are building a strong field team focused on safety, accountability, professionalism, and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical systems and equipment
  • Diagnose issues involving conveyors, controls, VFDs, motors, and automation systems
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
  • Perform preventative maintenance and emergency service work
  • Support installations, shutdowns, and facility upgrades
  • Maintain accurate documentation, photos, notes, and service reporting
  • Follow OSHA, LOTO, and company safety procedures at all times
  • Represent Force Building Services professionally in the field
Schedule
Typical schedules range from 40-60+ hours weekly depending on workload and project demands. Some projects may involve night work, weekends, or overnight travel.
