Full Time Ags Gaming jobs typically refer to positions within the gaming industry, particularly with companies like AGS (American Gaming Systems), that require employees to work full-time hours. These roles can range from game development, engineering, and design, to sales, marketing, and customer support, all focused on the creation, distribution, or maintenance of gaming products such as slot machines and casino systems. Working full time in this field often involves collaboration with teams to innovate and support the gaming experience for both operators and players. Benefits may include health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for career growth within the gaming sector.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a game designer, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Game Designer, you need strong creative thinking, proficiency in game mechanics, and a background in computer science or a related field. At AGS, we believe strongly in promoting from within. We want team members who are interested in learning the business, developing new skills, taking on more responsibility, and growing with the company.

Whether you're looking for a full-time career in the collectibles industry or a part-time opportunity working around cards and hobby culture, we'd love to hear from you.

  • Cross-training in different areas of the grading operation as needed
  • As you gain experience, there may be opportunities to learn additional parts of the grading process and take on greater responsibility within the company.

Requirements

  • Have a positive attitude and work well as part of a team
  • Are willing to learn new systems, equipment, and processes
  • Want an opportunity to grow within the company
  • Experience with card shops, collectibles, shipping and fulfillment, warehouse operations, scanning, production, or quality control is a plus — but not required.
  • Most importantly, we're looking for people who care about the hobby and want to grow with AGS.
  • We believe great employees can start anywhere in the company. AGS prioritizes developing our team and promoting from within whenever possible
  • If you love cards, care about details, and want to build a career in the collectibles industry, apply to join AGS Grading.
