Job description

We are seeking a talented and motivated Facility Security Officer (FSO) / Contractor Special Security Officer (CSSO) to support our Industrial Security program in support of Department of Defense and Intelligence Community clients. The candidate will be a part of a collaborative team responsible for maintaining a compliant security program at WRA. Responsibilities: Manage the WRA Industrial Security program in compliance with National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) and other client-specific requirements.

Serve as WRA point of contact with the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) and client-specific security offices. Develop and maintain corporate security program to include Standard Operating Procedures, Emergency Action Plans, and Standard Practices and Policies to ensure compliance with contract requirements. Manage all aspects of personnel security clearances, including maintaining records database in SIMS, processing documentation for initial clearances/continuous evaluations, and providing security indoctrinations and debriefings.

Conduct security education training and briefings in support of the Industrial Security program, including annual refresher, courier briefings, derivative classification training, OPSEC training, monthly newsletters, and other client-specific training. Maintain and implement Insider Threat Program. Conduct onboarding of new personnel.

Manage all aspects of the day-to-day execution of classified work within secure spaces, including development and execution of Policy and Procedures Manuals. Conduct annual security self-inspections, including documentation and tracking follow up actions. Manage all aspects of periodic inspections by DCSA and client security personnel, including preparation, documentation, and follow-up.

Manage and implement compliant document control procedures, including inventory, marking, and incoming/outgoing classified document transfers. Process incoming and outgoing classified visit requests. Review and prepare DD254s and other contract security documentation and guidance.

Coordinate with WRA ISSM/ISSO to maintain accreditation of Information Systems. Provide guidance and mentoring to AFSO. Requirements: Bachelor's degree - prior relevant experience may be substituted for education requirement.

Completion of FSO Program Management for Possessing Facilities in Center for Development of Security Excellence (CDSE) or ability to obtain before start date. Minimum 5 years of experience working with classified documents and/or working in a classified environment. Minimum 2 years of experience as Facility Security Officer, Assistant Facility Security Officer, or similar.

Experience working with personnel file databases. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook. Strong written communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Experience working directly with senior-level leadership. Ability to exercise mature judgment and confidentiality. Ability to work well alone and as part of a team.

US Citizenship. Active DoD Top Secret clearance required. Ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.

Preferred Qualifications: Strong working knowledge of and experience with NISPOM, DISS, and NBIS. Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph. Benefits: WRA recognizes that employees play an important role in its success.
