Locum Senior Pharmacist – Portland, OR

07/27/2026 – 10/25/2026 | Up to $100/hour | Full-Time

Adventist Health Portland is seeking a Locum Senior Pharmacist for a full-time inpatient assignment. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established hospital system in the Portland metro area.

Position Details:

  • Location: Portland, OR

  • Assignment: 07/27/2026 – 10/25/2026

  • Schedule: Variable Day Shift, 5x8s (start times may vary)

  • Compensation: Up to $100/hour

  • Setting: 302-bed acute care hospital

  • Weekend Coverage: Required

Requirements:

  • Active Pharmacist license

  • Inpatient hospital pharmacy experience required

  • Epic experience preferred

  • BCPS (Board Certification) preferred, but not required

Responsibilities:

  • Verify and process medication orders

  • Monitor medication therapies for safety, efficacy, and cost-effectiveness

  • Provide clinical pharmacy services and drug information

  • Participate in clinical rounds and medication management activities

  • Supervise and support pharmacy technicians
