This role is based onsite in our outpatient office, strategically located in vibrant Fort Lauderdale, known for its inviting atmosphere and diverse community. • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, providing accurate diagnoses and engaging in thorough discussions about tailored treatment plans.
• Implement and coordinate acupuncture therapy for a variety of conditions including addiction, stroke rehabilitation, musculoskeletal pain, women's health issues, digestive disorders, and stress management.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including mental health therapists, dietitians, and other specialists, to enhance patient treatment methodologies and ensure holistic patient care.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and stay updated on the latest acupuncture techniques and research to enhance treatment effectiveness.
• Maintain detailed patient records and document treatment progress, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and state regulations.
• Engage in patient education, empowering individuals to take an active role in their wellness journey through lifestyle changes and complementary therapies.

In this role, you will directly impact a diverse group of patients, ranging from those seeking relief from chronic pain to individuals looking for support with mental health issues. • A Bachelor's degree in Acupuncture, Traditional Chinese Medicine, or a related field.
• Must possess licensure to practice acupuncture in the state of Florida.
• Certifications from the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM).
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, allowing for effective collaboration with a diverse professional team and compassionate interactions with clients.

• Minimum of two years’ experience as a licensed acupuncturist in a clinical setting.

• Proficiency in utilizing patient management systems for documentation and care tracking will be an advantage.
