Working alongside project leaders and multidisciplinary teams, this individual will contribute to creating thoughtful, engaging environments while building a strong foundation in project execution and design excellence.
What you will do:
  • Assist in the design and documentation of hospitality, gaming, and other project types through all phases, from concept through construction administration.

  • Assist in preparing client presentations through compelling visual, verbal, and graphic communication.
  • Support coordination with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to facilitate integrated project delivery and BIM documentation.

  • Portfolio demonstrating design, visualization, space planning, and technical documentation skills.
  • Experience with or exposure to project documentation and coordination processes.
  • Proficiency in Revit/BIM 360, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with visualization and modeling tools such as Enscape, Lumion, and/or Rhino.
  • Understanding of interior materials, detailing, and building code fundamentals.
