Purpose / Summary of Position:
HPI is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer. The Senior Graphic Designer will work closely with the Marketing Director and support the team as we create assets for digital and print platforms. This is a fast-paced, multi-faceted role and great opportunity for anyone who is looking to innovate, design and collaborate with individuals across multiple teams.
Priority functions / Responsibilities:
  • Maintain high level marketing campaigns for prospective and current portfolio assignments
  • Produce sophisticated, original artwork
  • Maintain quarterly market reports and monthly inventory reports using predetermined template
  • Create new business proposals, presentations, and RFPs
  • Take high quality still and 360 photographs and edit/enhance as needed
  • Create graphics for and maintain social media accounts
  • Work closely with print vendors to estimate projects and oversee production
  • Stay up to date on current design trends and incorporate into deliverables
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic arts, design, communications, or related field
  • 5+ years of B2B design experience (real estate, similar industry, or agency ideal)
  • Advanced Proficiency of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Knowledgeable in print production procedures
  • Ability to perform well and remain organized under tight deadlines
  • Be a solution-oriented thinker, working closely with various individuals and teams to provide positive ideas and recommendations to overcome marketing challenges
  • Photography and photo/video editing skills
  • Knowledge of WordPress and other web platforms
  • Advanced knowledge of various social media platforms and how to use and manage a profile effectively for business (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook)
  • High level of confidence in social media copy and content creation
  • Must be detail oriented
