AlliedTravelCareers is working with Jackson Therapy Partners to find a qualified Physical Therapist (PT) in Seattle, Washington, 98110!

We’re looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full-time role with one of our area clients. You will help patients move better, feel better, and stay active—whether they are recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions. Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA.
  • Active Washington State Physical Therapist license is required to start the position.
  • BLS Certification may be required from AHA or ARC.
  • Clinical experience in home health or comparable outpatient/rehabilitation settings is preferred.
  • Ability to complete and submit OASIS assessments, reassessments, transfers, resumptions of care, discharges, and significant change in condition.
  • Experience appropriately utilizing ICD-10 codes.
  • Experience directing or supervising Physical Therapy Assistants and Home Health Aides, as assigned.
  • Willingness to travel and provide care across the greater Seattle area (coverage excludes west and south Seattle). Primary coverage includes North Seattle and Shoreline.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide physician-ordered plan of care under the direction and supervision of the Director of Clinical Services.
  • Work in conjunction with all home care personnel in patient care planning.
  • Direct and supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and Home Health Aides, as assigned.
  • Take initial patient history and perform initial evaluations.
  • Consult with physicians regarding changes in treatment.
  • Instruct patients and family in home programs and activities of daily living.
  • Participate in Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement activities as assigned.
  • Complete required documentation and coding, including appropriate use of ICD-10.
  • Manage a typical caseload of approximately 25 visits when working independently; typical caseload is approximately 20 visits when working with a PTA.
