We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to design, build, and deliver scalable, high-performance software solutions that power mission-critical aviation workflows. This role will play a key part in developing modern web and cloud-based applications used by both internal teams and global clients.

You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to transform requirements into robust, user-friendly applications that drive operational efficiency and innovation.


Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications supporting aviation maintenance and operational workflows
  • Build modern, responsive front-end interfaces using frameworks such as React, Angular, or similar technologies
  • Develop secure, high-performance backend services, APIs, and integrations for enterprise systems
  • Translate business and product requirements into technical designs and high-quality code
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver features end-to-end
  • Design and optimize databases, data models, and queries for performance and scalability
  • Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices architectures
  • Ensure application reliability, performance, and security in production environments
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems to improve performance and usability
  • Build reusable components, services, and frameworks to accelerate development across teams
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines and support automated testing and deployment processes

Requirements:

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5–7+ years of experience in full stack development delivering production-grade applications
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, including modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue)
  • Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Java, .NET, or Python
  • Expert-level SQL skills and experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar)
  • Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and working with distributed systems
  • Strong understanding of software architecture patterns (microservices, event-driven systems, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with containerization and environments (Docker, Kubernetes, or similar)
  • Experience building and maintaining scalable, cloud-based applications, with direct experience on AWS (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS) strongly preferred
  • Proficiency with version control systems (Git) and modern development workflows
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience in aviation, MRO, ERP, or enterprise operations systems
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Familiarity with real-time data processing, streaming, or IoT systems
  • Experience building mobile-friendly or offline-capable applications
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
