Job description

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with a strong background in modern web development and interactive 3D technologies to join a team building immersive digital products. This contract-to-permanent opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys combining front-end engineering, backend service development, and real-time visualization to create scalable, high-performing applications. In this role, you will partner with product, design, and engineering stakeholders to deliver high-quality user experiences across web and cloud environments.
Responsibilities:
• Create and enhance full-stack applications using JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and backend technologies such as Node.js and .NET.
• Develop secure, scalable APIs and cloud-based services that support responsive web experiences and interactive 3D functionality.
• Build browser-based 3D features with tools such as Three.js, WebGL, or Babylon.js to deliver engaging visual experiences.
• Improve rendering efficiency, scene performance, and application responsiveness for complex models and large data sets.
• Integrate 3D assets into production systems while supporting animation, lighting, transformations, and scene organization.
• Work closely with product managers, designers, artists, and engineers to translate business goals into technical solutions.
• Guide architectural planning, contribute to technical direction, and promote strong engineering standards across the development lifecycle.
• Support code quality through testing, code reviews, CI/CD practices, and continuous improvement of reliability and maintainability.
• Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and identify opportunities to strengthen scalability, security, and overall platform performance.• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least 6 years of software engineering experience building production applications.
• Strong hands-on expertise with JavaScript and TypeScript in full-stack development environments.
• Experience with modern web frameworks and platforms such as React, Node.js, ASP.NET, C#, or similar technologies.
• Practical knowledge of web-based 3D development using frameworks such as Three.js, WebGL, or Babylon.js.
• Understanding of computer graphics concepts including geometry, transformations, rendering workflows, shaders, and materials.
• Familiarity with 3D asset formats such as glTF or glb and experience incorporating them into application development.
• Experience using Git, CI/CD pipelines, debugging tools, and AI-assisted development practices, along with awareness of generative AI, responsible AI, privacy, and security considerations.
