Description:

The Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry at Elizabethtown College, PA invites applications for an Adjunct Instructor to teach Physical Chemistry. We are expanding our adjunct faculty pool and are seeking dynamic educators who bring both academic expertise and real-world industry experience to the classroom.


This is a part-time position for the spring 2027 semester with potential for renewal based on performance and departmental needs. Candidates able to teach in-person are preferable, though remote instruction will be considered.

Responsibilities:

· Deliver engaging and effective instruction in physical chemistry lecture

· Prepare course materials and assessments aligned with departmental standards.

· Provide timely feedback and support to students.

· Collaborate with faculty and staff to support student success.
