As a(n) Software Engineer Sr within PNC's Asset Management Group, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA; Dallas, TX; and Strongsville, OH, or Philadelphia, PA.
Due to the nature of this position we are seeking passionate Software Engineers. Candidates should have experience with the following:
Develop and maintain scalable Java 17+ / Spring Boot microservices supporting payment processing, settlement, and fund transfer operations in wealth and investment management environments.
Build and optimize RESTful APIs and backend services for high-throughput, low-latency transaction processing, ensuring reliability and system resiliency.
Ensure secure and compliant processing through exception handling, audit logging, and integrations with payment gateways, ledger systems, and downstream financial platforms.
Utilize Angular (v12+) to support back-office payment processing, trade lifecycle tracking, and reconciliation workflows within investment and wealth management systems.
Consume and integrate RESTful APIs to enable real-time visibility into payment status, transaction history, and exception management across high-volume financial platforms.
Implement robust UI architecture including state management, form validation, and role-based access controls, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and secure handling of sensitive data.PNC is an in-office company that fosters a supportive culture where employees can thrive and achieve balance.
