Position Overview

We are seeking dependable and safety-focused individuals to join our team as Boom and Scissor Lift Spotters within a fast-paced data center environment. This position is an excellent starting point for those interested in building a career in the growing data center and critical infrastructure industry.

This role offers hands-on exposure to site operations while emphasizing safety, teamwork, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support lift operators by ensuring safe movement and positioning within the data center
  • Maintain clear visual and verbal communication with operators and team members
  • Continuously observe the work area to identify hazards or obstructions
  • Follow all company safety policies, OSHA guidelines, and site-specific protocols
  • Help establish and maintain safe work zones to protect personnel and equipment
  • Assist with general site duties, including setup and cleanup
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in construction, warehouse, or similar environments
  • Strong attention to detail and awareness of surroundings
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills

Pay and Benefits
