We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Full-Stack Engineer to join our Conventional Trust team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to impact our organization in the following ways:

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of full stack applications aligned with business needs. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, operations, and security to deliver innovative solutions. 
  • Drive best practices in coding, testing, and deployment to ensure high-quality software delivery. 
  • Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. 
  • Participate in architectural decisions and contribute to technology strategy. 
  • Participating in code reviews and assisting in debugging efforts.
  • Ensure applications meet security, compliance, and performance standards. 
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables, coordinating with stakeholders to meet business objectives.
  • Continuously contributing directly to the success of project deliverables.
  • Execute the full software development lifecycle, applying security, privacy, and quality assurance best practices. Hands on coding experience is required 

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred. 
  • 10-14 years of experience in full stack software development required
  • Extensive experience in full stack development with proficiency in modern front-end frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, Vue) and back-end technologies (e.g., Java, Spring Framework). 
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, cloud platforms, and DevOps practices. 
  • Strong understanding of SQL/PL SQL, Performance tuning etc. Oracle knowledge is a plus. 
  • Proven leadership experience in software development projects within a financial services environment is a plus. 
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. 
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Familiarity with AI tools is a plus
