Job Summary:
Outside Analytics, now a subsidiary of SMX, is focused on delivering advanced digital transformation solutions in the space and intelligence domain. They are seeking a Full Stack UI Developer to support the DoD Space Force National Security mission, requiring expertise in both front-end and back-end development technologies.
Responsibilities:
• Implement responsive design principles to ensure applications work on various devices.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure optimal performance.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Utilize Gitlab for project management and tracking.
• Apply DoD standards and protocols to ensure compliance and security.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Secret clearance (ability to obtain Secret clearance, i.e. U.S. Citizenship required)
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with expertise in Java, JavaScript (JS), React, and/or Python.
• Strong understanding of front-end technologies such as JavaScript/ React
• Experience with back-end development, including Python
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Gitlab.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with DoD projects is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in using Gitlab for project management.
• A passion for learning and staying current with industry trends.
• 5+ years' experience
Preferred:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
