Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack)
New York City, NY (Hybrid - 4 Days Onsite)
$190,000 - $230,000 per year + Equity (0.05%-0.5%)

Our client, a rapidly growing Series B B2B SaaS startup, is transforming the construction industry with AI-powered HR, finance, and operations software. Backed by over $50M from leading investors, the company is building the operating system for contractors managing critical infrastructure projects and has quickly grown to thousands of customers and tens of millions in ARR.

They're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to build and scale core product features used by real customers. You'll own projects end-to-end—from technical design and architecture to deployment and customer feedback—while working alongside a highly talented, AI-native engineering team in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and ship scalable full-stack products and systems.

  • Lead technical design, architecture, and implementation of complex features.

  • Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Engineering to shape product direction.

  • Build modern frontend applications, backend APIs, and core platform services.

  • Write technical design documents and participate in thoughtful code reviews.

  • Work directly with customers to understand pain points and deliver impactful solutions.

  • Improve engineering quality, scalability, and developer experience.
    Technology Stack: TypeScript, React, React Native, Node.js, Express, MongoDB, Render, Stripe, Check

  • 4+ years of professional full-stack software engineering experience.

  • Proven track record of building and shipping production software used by customers.

  • Strong experience with system design, API development, and data modeling.

  • Experience leading complex technical projects from concept through production.

  • Strong product mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.

  • High ownership, strong problem-solving ability, and a builder mentality.

  • Experience at a fast-growing B2B SaaS startup or high-performing engineering organization is strongly preferred.
