Job description

Job Summary:
Integrate is a Seattle-based company focused on building multiplayer project management software for advanced manufacturing and defense sectors. They are seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to contribute to the development of their platform, which involves working on both the frontend and backend, ensuring effective collaboration and communication of complex project data.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Build and iterate on React-based UI surfaces that make complex project workflows legible and fast for end users
โ€ข Design and maintain REST APIs and GraphQL layers in Go, working across internal and external consumers
โ€ข Own and evolve data models in PostgreSQL โ€” schema design, query optimization, and migration management
โ€ข Contribute to our GraphQL integration layer, ensuring resolvers are well-structured and performant
โ€ข Build and maintain integration services in Go that connect internal systems and external APIs, owning the full contract from interface design to error handling and observability.
โ€ข Write and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions including build, test, and deployment stages across environments.
โ€ข Ship clean, tested, maintainable code across the stack โ€” and leave things better than you found them
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข 3โ€“5+ years of full stack engineering experience in a product-focused environment
โ€ข Strong React fundamentals โ€” component architecture, state management, and performance; Apollo Client familiarity is a plus
โ€ข Solid HTML5 and CSS3; able to build clean, responsive interfaces without leaning on a framework crutch
โ€ข Go on the backend โ€” REST API development, middleware, and service patterns
โ€ข PostgreSQL โ€” comfortable with schema design, query writing, and migrations
โ€ข GraphQL โ€” can read and reason about a resolver, understands n+1 patterns and common pitfalls; bonus if you've worked with complex or graph-structured data models
โ€ข Familiarity with integration patterns โ€” webhooks, third-party API design, or similar
โ€ข Some exposure to broader backend concerns: caching, rate limiting, or async processing
โ€ข GitHub Actions or similar CI/CD tooling
โ€ข Active TS or TS/SCI clearance
โ€ข US person status (including US citizens, U.S. permanent residents, individuals granted U.S. asylum status, or individuals admitted in U.S. refugee status)
Preferred:
โ€ข Background in B2B SaaS, defense tech, or complex enterprise environments is a plus
โ€ข Comfort working in a product and architecture that's still taking shape
Company:
Real-time, cross-boundary project management for complex defense programs. Founded in 2022, the company is headquartered in Seattle, USA, with a team of 11-50 employees. The company is currently Early Stage.
