Job description

# Full-Stack Software EngineerEngineering· Charlotte, NC· Full-time hybrid· Market rateApply for this role ↓AMP Dynamic is an AI-native holding company that builds and acquires software businesses solving real-world problems. AMP Marketing is our in-house growth engine. We build the websites and lead-generation systems that drive real pipeline for our portfolio companies and a roster of top-tier clients. Our bar is high. Our clients are best-in-class, and the work we ship has to look and perform like it. We're looking for a full-stack engineer who lives and breathes lead generation: someone who can build a beautiful, fast, high-converting site and then engineer everything behind the form, from capture and qualification to routing and handoff that puts the right lead in front of the right person at the right time. This role is based in Charlotte, NC on a hybrid schedule.### What you'll do* Build high-quality, high-converting marketing sites and landing pages (TypeScript, React, and Next.js on the front end, with Supabase and Convex on the back end) to a genuinely high craft bar* Engineer the full lead-gen pipeline: capture, validation, enrichment, scoring, deduping, and routing into the right CRM and owner with the right rules* Build the integrations that make it work across CRM, email and automation, ad platforms, webhooks, and conversion APIs* Own conversion instrumentation and attribution end to end, so every lead is measurable and traceable to source* Work AI-native: use Claude, Codex, and Gemini and agentic workflows to ship faster, while reading every line and owning what reaches production* Partner closely with designers, marketers, and founders to ship and iterate fast for demanding clients### Who you are* You deeply understand lead generation. Not just forms, but routing, qualification, speed-to-lead, and how a lead actually moves from click to closed* You hold a high bar for website quality. Top-tier clients expect top-tier work, and pixel-sloppy output bugs you* You've fully embraced the AI-agent way of working, but you're not dependent on it. You know the difference between the tools, where each one shines, and you can always read and reason about the code yourself* You care about conversion, speed, and measurable outcomes* You move quickly and pragmatically, and take ownership end to end* You thrive in a lean, fast-moving environment with real autonomy### Who this role is not forWe like to be upfront about fit, because we're looking for a specific kind of person.* This is not an entry-level role. If you're just starting out or don't yet have real experience, this particular role isn't the right fit* It's not for someone who needs constant hand-holding or rigid structure. You should be able to take an ambiguous problem and figure it out quickly* It's not for someone who leans on AI to do the thinking for them and ships work they can't explain or stand behind* It's not for someone who feels they're done learning. We want people with real experience who still push to get better every day### Benefits and work environmentWe believe great work happens when talented people are trusted, supported, and given the right tools to perform at a high level. We value autonomy, ownership, and thoughtful execution.* **41 days of paid time off per year** across vacation, holidays, and personal time, and we encourage the team to fully disconnect and recharge* **Flexible start times** and a work-from-anywhere policy for a number of weeks each year, with a focus on results and accountability over rigid schedules* **Best-in-class equipment and tools:** modern hardware, premium design and development software, and whatever you need to perform at a high level* **An AI-native workplace** that actively encourages modern AI tools to amplify creativity, research, iteration speed, and execution. The goal is to equip talented people, not replace them## What we're looking for* 3+ years of modern full-stack development. This is **not** an entry-level role* Strong proficiency with JavaScript / TypeScript, React, and Next.js* **Demonstrated lead-generation expertise:** you've built form capture, qualification, and routing into CRMs, and you understand speed-to-lead, attribution, and lead quality* High craft bar for web: you turn Figma into fast, polished, responsive UI that holds up for premium clients* Experience integrating CRM, email and automation, and ad/conversion APIs (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)* **AI-native engineer:** you've genuinely used Claude, Codex, and Gemini and embraced agentic development, and you know their limits. You can read and reason about the code yourself and never ship what you don't understand* Analytics and attribution instrumentation (GA4, PostHog, or similar) and SEO fundamentals* Solid database fundamentals. We use both Supabase and Convex, so experience with either or both is a plus## Apply for this roleFields marked \* are required.01About you02Links03ResumeCover letter (optional)04Work eligibilityAMP Dynamic is a US-based company.
