Job Description: We are looking for a Senior Software Developer with strong experience in Integrated Eligibility (IE) systems and public sector domain knowledge. The ideal candidate will lead the design and development of large-scale, complex enterprise applications, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and highly reliable. Key Responsibilities: Lead architecture, design, and development of enterprise-level applications Build and maintain full-stack solutions using modern technologies Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions Ensure application performance, scalability, and security best practices Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentoring to team members Required Skills: 6+ years of full-stack software development experience Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, React, and JavaScript Experience working with Oracle databases and writing complex SQL queries Proven experience with Integrated Eligibility (IE) systems Strong domain knowledge in SNAP, TANF, and Medicaid (MA) programs Preferred Skills: Experience in State/Government projects Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Nice to Have: Experience with microservices architecture Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) CI/CD and DevOps experience
