Overview
eTrigue is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Application Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team in San Jose, CA. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience across multiple programming languages and frameworks, capable of owning both front-end and back-end development responsibilities. This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity for a technologist who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is passionate about building scalable, high-performance applications.
This is a full-time, on-site position, and includes great benefits, healthcare, PTO, and matching 401k. Applicants must have a permanent working permit or be a U.S. Citizen. H1B sponsorship is not eligible for this role. The position is located on-site in San Jose, California. Please confirm you are able to work onsite. This is NOT a hybrid role. (Now that everything is cleared up).
Responsibilities for Application Full Stack Developer role:
  • Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable web applications utilizing a full-stack approach.
  • Create responsive, user-friendly front-end interfaces utilizing a technology stack including CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, jQuery, and Vue.js.
  • Implement and manage back-end services and APIs using a mix of PHP, Java, and Python.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define feature specifications and deliver high-quality products.
  • Write clean, well-documented, and testable code.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
  • Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Qualifications
Required Experience for Application Full Stack Developer role:
  • 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Development of a SaaS product.
  • Intensive experience with modern JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Deep expertise in front-end development using Vue.js.
  • Expertise in server-side development using PHP, Python, Java Spring, and the Spring Boot framework.
  • Proven experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MS SQL).
  • Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in working with AI models and developing effective prompts.
  • Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
  • Proficient in the development lifecycle, specifically utilizing Jira and Confluence.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, detail, detail.
  • AWS Cloud certification is a plus (Solutions Architect, Developer, or SysOps Administrator).
  • Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha, JUnit, pytest).
