Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a remote Full Stack Developer to join their team. This team is tasked with the buildout and integration of new AI tools into the client's environment.
Summary:
Currently, they are rolling out two tools, which will then be the platform that integrates across the client and accessible to other engineers, to be able to utilize, build models, and code. This person will be working with third party vendors and partnering with the engineering teams. They will not be building models from scratch but need knowledge as they will be helping other teams stand up models, integrate into their platform, manage agents and support the infrastructure and services behind it. This includes building an internal portal for engineers to deploy agents and models. Most of the work will be Python, with some React and Google Cloud Platform/GKE cloud work. Lastly, this individual will need strong communication and problem-solving abilities, as they will be working with multiple teams at once, different stakeholders and 3rd party vendors, as they roll out the new AI tools to the rest of the client.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Strong experience with Python
* Experience with React
* Experience with Cloud (Ideally Google Cloud Platform)
* Deep understanding of AI and Agents
* Ability to write prompts and understanding ML
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
