They bridge the gap between traditional networking and modern software deployment, often working with both hardware and network automation tools. Their responsibilities can include network design, troubleshooting, security implementation, and sometimes writing code to automate network tasks or integrate with cloud platforms. This role is valuable in organizations that require both solid network foundations and agile, software-driven network management.
