Role Summary/Purpose:

Full stack .Net developer with 8-15 years of experience. Candidate will work with Portfolio Management, Finance, Risk, Accounting, and the rest of the application development team to gather and analyze requirements and assist with the design, development, and support of various in-house developed systems related to portfolio accrual, price management and servicing rights operations. Role will start with taking ownership of existing suite of applications and processes and will evolve into strategic restructuring of selected internal data processing sub systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work across the full stack solutions – backend services, APIs, databases, and front-end components to business requirements around data management, accounting and analytic solutions using .Net, SQL, react.
  • Collaborate with architects and Team members to design and implement secure architecture best practices.
  • Implement orchestration services and integrate business rules management systems.
  • Utilize AI driven design and development using GitHub Copilot, Claude or other models.
  • Develop secure and scalable solutions leveraging Azure cloud services.
  • Ensure robust Data management using SQL Server.
  • Work with users and application support teams to solve application issues.
  • Contribute to project planning and estimates based on project and resources.
  • Work with Infra/DevOps teams for CI/CD process.
  • Contribute to development of common frameworks and tools to promote code reuse and best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting and performance optimization.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members on software development best practices.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor''s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems or a related field or the equivalent work experience
  • Professional experience in data management and relational data.
  • Minimum 8 years of hands-on development experience in backend development.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in financial services industry.
  • Strong analytical and programming skills.
