Job description

Job Title: .NET Full Stack Developer ( Oracle PL/SQL, WCF,REST/SOAP APIs ,CI/CD, HIPAA) 15+ years of exp

Location: Albany, NY (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification  

Qualifications:

  • Experience using Microsoft Visual Studio to design, develop, and maintain applications using C#, ASP.NET, and Web API within n-tier architecture-based web deployments.
  • Experience developing and maintaining web applications using HTML, XML, JSON, AJAX, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) for responsive and interactive UI development.
  • Experience with Oracle Database, including database design, PL/SQL development, stored procedures, packages, indexes, triggers, views, and table creation and management.
  • Experience with Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) integration, including development of secure .NET web services using Windows Communication Foundation (WCF), SOAP and RESTful APIs, message and queue processing, dynamic link libraries via package managers, and Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) solutions.
  • Experience using Team Foundation Server (TFS) and GitLab for source code management, including implementation and support of CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience collaborating with UI/UX designers, Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and Project Managers to gather requirements, define scope, and establish project timelines.
  • Experience developing and maintaining healthcare applications handling HIPAA-regulated Protected Health Information (PHI), with exposure to HL7 and FHIR standards.
  • Experience implementing user provisioning, authentication, and authorization solutions using OKTA, LDAP, RSA, and Access Management systems.
