Sr. Azure Full Stack Developer
Location: Chicago, IL - Onsite
Type: Contract
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sr. Azure Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Azure cloud services, backend development (Java, Spring Boot), and front-end development (ReactJS). The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy scalable, secure, and high-performance applications, while also leveraging modern DevOps practices and cloud-native technologies.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain full stack applications with a focus on Azure cloud integrations.
  • Utilize Azure resources such as AKS, APIM, Application Gateway, Front Door, and KeyVaults.
  • Design and implement microservices using Core Java (17+), Spring Boot, Spring Data JPA/Hibernate, and Spring Security (JWT authentication/authorization).
  • Build ReactJS front-end applications, ensuring responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
  • Integrate with messaging systems (Kafka) for real-time data streaming and processing.
  • Work with relational databases (Azure SQL, Snowflake, Oracle) and non-relational databases (Redis, MongoDB).
  • Write and maintain unit/integration tests using JUnit and Mockito.
  • Support DevOps initiatives by implementing CI/CD pipelines and leveraging Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance application performance.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 8+ years of full stack development experience in enterprise environments.
  • Advanced hands-on expertise with Azure cloud services and deployments.
