We are seeking a Senior .NET Full-Stack Developer who is more than just a skilled engineer. We are looking for an organized, high-capacity leader to serve as a technical steward of our partner portals and back-office systems.
In this role, you will co-architect the digital infrastructure that supports global missions, ensuring our platforms are performant, secure, and ready to scale 24/7. Must be a Christian committed to the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

The Mission: Core Responsibilities
  • Architectural Leadership: Build and maintain enterprise-grade applications using the ABP.io / ASP.NET Boilerplate framework. You will champion Clean Architecture and Modular Monolith patterns.
  • Full-Stack Development: Drive the full application lifecycle, improving and fixing features across .NET 9 and Angular v20+ environments.
  • Integration Orchestration: Oversee and optimize critical connections to Salesforce (SOQL/APEX), Twilio, and secure payment gateways (Bluefin, Google Pay).
  • Identity amp; Security: Configure and extend our AuthServer and integrate with Azure Entra ID (SSO) using OpenID Connect and OAuth 2.0.
  • DevOps amp; Reliability: Manage Azure cloud infrastructure, Docker containers, and Terraform (IaC). You will own the CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps to ensure production stability.
  • High-Traffic Optimization: Implement advanced Redis caching patterns (cache-aside, write-through) to handle high-traffic donor surges during global events.
The Ideal Candidate: Requirements
  • Professional Expertise: 5+ years of professional experience in C#, ASP.NET Core (6/7/8/9), and MVC.
  • Frontend Mastery: Deep expertise in modern Angular (v14—20+) for building responsive, performant SPAs.
  • Data Architecture: Expert knowledge of PostgreSQL and MS SQL Server, including advanced T-SQL and schema optimization.
  • Cloud Fluency: Hands-on experience with Azure App Services, Azure deployment best practices, and Docker/Containerization.
  • Secure Auth: Proven track record with Duende Identity Server or custom AuthServer solutions.
  • Personal Commitment: A committed Christian who is personally dedicated to the Gospel, an active member of a local Bible-believing church, and passionate about using technology for evangelism.
The "Tech-Lead" Edge (Nice-to-Haves)
  • Experience with Cloudflare Zero-Trust (Workers, R2, WAF).
  • Scripting proficiency in Python for automation and data processing.
  • Familiarity with professional shipping software (Shipstation/VeraCore) and HubSpot, Salesforce CRM.
  • Previous experience in media, broadcasting, or high-volume donor-funded environments.

Physical Requirements amp; Working Conditions
  • Full-time on-site presence at our Bedford, TX headquarters.
  • Fine motor skills/digital dexterity for high-level coding and infrastructure handling (cabling/server racks).
  • Ability to work extended hours during special global broadcast events as needed.
What We Offer
  • Purpose: Meaningful work that directly impacts millions of souls worldwide.
  • Excellence: A joyful, Christ-centered team environment that values high-quality engineering as a form of worship.
  • Growth: Support for both professional technical development and spiritual growth.
  • Stability: Competitive salary, full benefits, and paid time off.
