Curant Health is seeking a Senior Full-Stack .NET Developer to join our growing software development team. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain enterprise-grade web applications and internal platforms that support critical healthcare operations. You will play a key role across the full software development lifecycle-contributing to both front-end and back-end development, influencing architecture decisions, and ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability of our systems.

Key Responsibilities:
Full-Stack Development
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using C#, ASP.NET, and modern JavaScript frameworks
• Build and enhance both front-end (UI/UX) and back-end services
• Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with internal and third-party systems
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following established development standards
System Design & Architecture
• Contribute to system architecture and design for scalable, enterprise-level applications
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Identify opportunities to enhance and modernize existing systems
Code Quality & Best Practices
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards
• Develop and execute unit tests; troubleshoot and debug applications
• Apply modern design patterns and software engineering best practices
Database & Integration
• Design and optimize database structures using SQL Server
• Ensure data integrity, performance tuning, and efficient query design
• Integrate applications with APIs, services, and third-party platforms
Operations & Support
• Monitor application performance and system health across environments
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for production systems
• Participate in deployment processes and environment configuration
Collaboration & Communication
• Partner with product owners, developers, designers, and stakeholders across teams
• Communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Proactively identify risks, improvements, and opportunities
• Follow Curant Health policies and uphold the highest standards of ethics and integrity
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This role does not currently have direct reports but will lead projects and initiatives, with potential for future team leadership.
Qualifications (Education and Experience):

• 7+ years of software engineering experience or related field
• 5+ years of experience as a Full-Stack .NET Developer
• Strong proficiency in:
o C#, ASP.NET / ASP.NET MVC / .NET Core
o HTML, CSS, JavaScript
o SQL Server and database design
• Solid understanding of:
o Object-oriented programming (OOP)
o Software design patterns and best practices
o RESTful APIs and Web API development
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with Microsoft Azure (App Services, Functions, DevOps, etc.)
• Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks
• Experience building enterprise-scale applications
• Healthcare or logistics systems experience (preferred)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, monitoring tools, and distributed architectures
