Our growing company is currently seeking an experienced Sr. Full Stack Developer with the ability to handle complexity, mentor others, and drive technical strategy to join our IT Department. In this role, the Sr. Full Stack Developer will be responsible for developing and designing front-end and back-end architecture, ensuring the responsiveness of applications, and working on web design features. Must be fluent in creating websites to deploy that thrive on strong architecture, while supplementing with data-driven applications that optimize site functionality throughout the lifecycle of each project. The Sr. Full Stack Developer will need to know how to effectively create website foundations using back-end applications and database structures.   • Primary function of Developing and designing RESTful services and APIs.
  • Concepting, creating and building code from business requirements and designer wireframes, creating effective code.
  • Working through the website development lifecycle to launch.
  • Designing user-based interactions through effective front-end architecture framework.
  • Coding for various platforms to ensure functionality across multiple channels.
  • Working with the team to develop best practices.
  • Determining application responsiveness for users.
  • Ensuring company mandate is effectively addressed in technical and developmental aspects.
  • Troubleshooting issues and problem solving as necessary.

Education, Experience, Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum 8+ years' experience in web development and programming for the following technologies:
    1. C#
    2. React
    3. .NET (Framework, Core 5-8)
    4. .NET Web API 2.0
    5. ASP .NET MVC5+
    6. Entity Framework
    7. MS SQL 2017 and higher
    8. DevOps (CI/CD)
  • Proficiency in leveraging AI-powered development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) to enhance code generation, debugging, testing, and deployment workflows in both development and DevOps practices.
  • Ability to understand how technical decisions impact business and user experience.
  • Experience with Digital Signing Services a plus
  • Experience with third-party controls (Telerik, Debenu/Foxit) a plus
