Minimum Education

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related degree, and/or equivalent formal training or work experience.

Minimum Experience

Four (4) years of experience in IT information security.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and technically proficient Senior Cyber Security Analyst to join our Information Security Organization to help address Fraud and Security risks. Under limited supervision, you will be responsible for creating cyber-intelligence solutions to prevent internal or external attacks and mitigate sophisticated fraud and security risks across company email, data, e-commerce, and web-based systems.As a hands-on Full Stack Developer in fraud solution integration team, your primary focus will be on the development of advanced anti-fraud systems and integrating them seamlessly with other enterprise tools. You will implement technologies deployed across application, network/perimeter, data, endpoint, identity & access, and mobility domains. Acting as a bridge between high-level security architecture and technical implementation, you will ensure our defenses are robust, scalable, and effective against complex schemes like shipping fraud and account takeovers.


Key Responsibilities

  • Fraud Solutions Development & Integration: Drive the hands-on development of comprehensive anti-fraud systems, serving as the primary technical lead for integrating these new security capabilities across existing enterprise tools, legacy platforms, and cloud-native services.
  • Application & API Development: Design and develop web applications and REST/SOAP APIs to optimize business processes supported by data and intelligence. Maintain a quality-driven approach to ensure high application uptime and effectiveness.
  • Shipper Fraud Remediation: Design, build, and maintain customer-facing digital products and applications specifically aimed at shipper fraud remediation, ensuring a seamless and secure user experience.
  • Data Pipeline Engineering: Develop and sustain robust, low-latency ETL pipelines from a wide variety of data sources in both streaming and batch modes to drive automated fraud detection.
  • AI-Driven Automation: Leverage Artificial Intelligence and modern automation tools to eliminate manual/repetitive security processes, streamline development workflows, and enhance the efficiency of fraud detection and response mechanisms.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong working relationships across functional teams (Product, Operations, Data Science). Lead change with high energy and a strong focus on the mission to close operational loopholes exploited by fraudsters.
  • Threat Analysis & Countermeasures: Investigate security events and complex fraud vectors to develop actionable countermeasures, advising management on the business impact of systemic fraud or data alteration.
  • Mentorship: Guide and support junior team members, promoting best practices in software development, data engineering, and security.
