Job Title Senior Full Stack Java Developer Overview / Summary We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Java Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain software applications that meet customer needs. This role involves participating in the full software development lifecycle, including software architecture design, application development, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have experience building scalable applications, developing user interfaces and backend services, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Key Responsibilities Engage with customers to understand use cases, pain points, and requirements while advocating for user-centric software solutions. Design, develop, test, and deliver software solutions using modern tools, frameworks, methodologies, and technologies. Evaluate application requirements and determine appropriate technology stacks, integration methods, and deployment strategies. Create high-level software architecture designs, including application structure, components, and interfaces. Collaborate with product owners, designers, architects, and other cross-functional stakeholders. Define and implement software testing strategies, guidelines, policies, and processes. Continuously improve application performance and optimize development efficiency through new technologies and best practices. Apply software engineering practices including test-driven development (TDD), continuous integration (CI), and continuous delivery (CD). Support security best practices to safeguard user data, including encryption and anonymization. Design and develop user-friendly, interactive user interfaces. Develop and maintain backend services, APIs, and microservices using server-side technologies. Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies and capabilities to enhance software solutions. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree. 6+ years of IT experience. 4+ years of software development experience. Practical experience in two programming languages or advanced proficiency in one programming language. Strong experience with Java. Experience with Spring and Spring Boot. Experience with Angular. Experience with REST APIs. Experience with CSS. Experience using GitHub. Experience with Jenkins. Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Preferred Qualifications Experience building and supporting microservices architectures. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines. Experience with zero-downtime and blue-green deployment strategies. Experience with database schema management and migrations. Knowledge of authentication and authorization technologies. Experience integrating third-party services.
