Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer with strong experience in Python-based backend development, ReactJS frontend, and modern AI/GenAI systems. The role involves designing and building scalable, data-intensive applications, integrating microservices, and agentic AI systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop responsive and interactive frontend applications using React.js / Node.js, including map-based visualization of properties
  • Design and build scalable backend services using Python (FastAPI, Flask, Django) and .NET (C#) for property, mortgage, and investment workflows
  • Build and integrate RESTful APIs, adapters, and microservices for end-to-end feature delivery and drill-down capabilities
  • Design and optimize database schemas using Azure SQL / PostgreSQL / MySQL / SQL Server
  • Integrate with knowledge graph systems (Neo4j, Cosmos DB) for entity-relationship modeling
  • Enable interaction with agentic AI systems (Python-based) and production-grade LLM integrations
  • Develop RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines and implement MCPs (Model Context Protocol / modular AI pipelines)
  • Ensure performance, scalability, security, and high availability of applications
  • Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to define architecture, HLD/LLD, and deliver end-to-end solutions
  • Debugging frontend and backend production issues.
  • Performance tuning and optimization.
  • Experience in HLD (High-Level Design) and LLD (Low-Level Design) for distributed systems
  • Data latency reduction techniques.
  • Scalability and fault-tolerant design.
  • Handling schema drift & concept drift in ML systems.
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • RAG pipelines
    • LLM integration beyond POCs
    • Agentic AI systems
    • Model Context Protocols (MCPs)

Must-Have Skills

  • Strong experience in Python backend development (FastAPI / Flask / Django)
  • Hands-on expertise in ReactJS (Hooks, state management)
