If you're a proven Project or Production leader who can manage clients, drive schedules, and operate confidently within construction management software, this is an opportunity to step into a role with real ownership - and real upside.

We're hiring a Project Manager to take full responsibility for project execution while helping us scale. This is a growth-track position - ideal for someone who already performs at a high level and is ready to expand their impact over the next 2-3 years.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Build, update, and enforce detailed project schedules (daily/weekly lookaheads)
  • Coordinate and sequence subcontractors to avoid downtime and trade stacking
  • Conduct regular site walks to verify progress, quality, and job site standards
  • Manage client relationships through clear, proactive communication
  • Review plans and scope to ensure field execution aligns with design intent
  • Identify and resolve field issues before they impact schedule or quality
  • Oversee material procurement timing to prevent delays
  • Maintain accurate project data in construction management software
  • Hold trades accountable to timelines, quality, and commitments
  • Mentor field staff and support the development of less experienced team members
  • Uphold Gill Construction's standards for professionalism, organization, and execution on every job site

What We're Looking For

  • 5-7 years of residential construction experience, with proven project leadership
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent hands-on experience
  • Strong understanding of residential construction sequencing and best practices
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, schedules, and subcontractors
  • Experience managing both client relationships and field operations
  • Comfortable using construction management software (Buildertrend, CoConstruct, Procore, or similar)
  • Highly organized with strong documentation and follow-through habits
  • Ability to anticipate issues and solve problems proactively
  • Leadership style that is accountable, supportive, and team-oriented
  • Aligned with Gill Construction's values of transparency, accountability, and respect

Why Gill Construction

  • $80,000-$105,000 base salary based on experience
  • Performance-based bonuses tied to project success and company growth
  • A clear growth path into senior leadership as we scale over the next few years
  • Opportunity to step into a role with increasing responsibility and influence
  • Structured, process-driven environment - not chaotic project management
  • A company that values both craftsmanship and operational discipline
  • Team culture built on ownership, respect, and follow-through

How to Apply
