ShyftOff is reshaping how companies run contact center operations with their Agentic Workforce Delivery Platform™. They are seeking a hands-on Full Stack Engineer to build scalable systems and ship high-quality products, working across the full stack and collaborating closely with leadership.
Responsibilities:
• Design, build, and ship features across the full stack with a focus on performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Contribute to architecture decisions and help evolve the platform as we scale.
• Write clean, maintainable code with thoughtful test coverage and documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and design to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Break down complex problems into clear scopes and deliver iteratively.
• Participate in code reviews, share knowledge, and help raise the bar for engineering quality.
• Work with modern, cloud-native infrastructure and help strengthen our platform foundation as we grow.
• Contribute to improving developer tooling, deployment workflows, and system observability.
• Understand how customers use the platform and build with usability, clarity, and automation in mind.
• Help monitor product performance and address issues before they impact users.
Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience shipping production SaaS applications
