Job Description
Overview:
Fidelity (Business Unit: FI) is seeking 3-4 highly skilled Senior Software Developers with over 10 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will have expertise in object-oriented development using Java/J2EE, Spring/SpringBoot, and Angular/AngularJS, along with a strong background in RESTful services and cloud technologies. This project is set to kick off in Q2 2025, and we aim to expedite the onboarding process, particularly for resources currently affiliated with Fidelity to streamline the background check process.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain robust applications using Java/J2EE, Spring/SpringBoot, Angular/AngularJS, and RESTful services.
Implement and enhance test automation solutions using tools such as Cucumber, Fitnesse, Selenium, TestNG, and SoapUI.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Integrate automated testing into continuous integration (CI) pipelines using tools like Jenkins and Git.
Conduct static code analysis and ensure adherence to best coding practices.
Support cloud-based deployments and manage applications in AWS or equivalent cloud services.
Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers to foster a collaborative team environment.
